The fifth International Conference on Intelligent Systems Design and Engineering Applications Was organized by Xi'an Shiyou University,and Co-sponsored by St John's University, Central South University, Hunan Institute of Engineering,Department of Electronics Science and Technology ,National University of Defense Technology,it will be held in Zhangjiajie, it will bring experts from several Continents to give presentations,exchange information and learn about the latest developments in the field of Intelligent System and their Applications.

Proceedings of the fifth ISDEA will be published by CPS ,accepted and presented papers will be arranged for Ei index.
